Places a symbol instance using the active definition. Depending on the options selected in the Symbol Instance Placements Options dialog, one, two or three input points are required. If placed by one point, the symbol rotation and scale are determined by the parameters in the dialog. If placed by two points the rotation and a uniform scale are set interactively. If placed by three points, the rotation and individual X and Y scales are set interactively.
